Guests looking for antique-chic luxury will love Room & Vespa 3, which comprises eight ground level suites and master suites situated in two separate buildings and linked by a shared garden and swimming pool. Each elegant suite beckons with a large and luxurious living and sleeping area adjoined by a personal terrace and a private bathroom. The master suites are similar in style but bigger in size. All of rooms are furnished with king-size beds, complemented by padded headboards, fresh white linens and traditional batik bed-runners. Charming antique wardrobes and desks, double chairs, traditional sofas, marble-topped tables and standard lamps combine to create a nostalgic ambience, which enjoys all of the comforts of the modern world including air conditioning, flat-screen satellite-channel TVs and DVD players, mini-fridges and safe deposit boxes. Each delightfully spacious bathroom is fitted with a washbasin, toilet, and an overhead rain shower, together with a handheld option. All four suites and bathrooms are finished with marble floors, tall double doors, high ceilings, and a neutral décor adorned with colorful artwork and eclectic curios.
Outside is a pretty garden filled with palms and flowers, as well as stone statues peeking through the tropical shrubs. This communal area is home to a reception lounge, furnished with a table and chairs, and ornamented with decorative window shutters. The 10-meter swimming pool is bordered by a timber deck and furnished with sun beds.

Room & Vespa 3 is conveniently situated in a quiet side street in the heart of Seminyak – Bali’s hip ’n happening capital of cool. The sweeping Seminyak Beach (2 kilometers from the property) offers sun, sand and surf, glorious coastline views, and a busy, buzzy atmosphere, especially in the late afternoons when visitors, expats and locals mingle and gather to watch yet another one of Bali’s legendary sunsets. The main road, Jl Raya Seminyak, less than five minutes’ walk, is lined with shops, supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants and plenty of ATMs, while within two kilometers is Eat Street, packed with a magnificent choice of both fine dining and cheap ‘n cheerful restaurants, cafes, sumptuous day spas, and a shopping centre known as Seminyak Square, and numerous independent fashion boutiques showcasing the collections of Bali-based designers. A more flamboyant collection of bars and live music clubs can be found on the strip known as Dhyana Pura. Within 400 meters of Room & Vespa 3 is Bali Deli, which is located on Jl Kunti – a street filled with boutiques, international restaurants and cafes serving Mexican, Indonesian and Italian cuisines among others, as well as the sumptuous Indian-palace-themed Prana Spa, and Chill reflexology centre. Taxis are always available, and the location is convenient for most of Bali’s tourist attractions, including the cultural and artistic town of Ubud, which is 30 kilometers. The nearby ‘Nirwana Bali Golf Course’ designed by Greg Norman was voted the number 1 golf course in Asia and lies beside the dramatic, waved-lashed sea temple of Tanah Lot. For horse lovers, the ‘Bali Equestrian Centre’ is just a few kilometers away. The Sunset Road (Seminyak’s main bypass) is just 200 meters from Room & Vespa 3, offering easy access to Kuta, the airport, Sanur and the eastern side of the island. The airport is 10 kilometers.

It was really nice cosy hotel, located in quite place, walking distance to the sea and to the going out area. good rooms, nice bathrooms, some place to seat outside near the pool.. friendly helpful staff.
I spent 2 nights here for a weekend break. Close to the airport. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Staff organized my pick up from and back to the airport. Room and bathroom are very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Short walk or scooter ride to the shopping area. I would stay here again. I do recommend this property.
I was so excited on arrival my room was very large, the bed and pillows were just like a 5* Hotel. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. Short walk to Seminyak for best breakfast at Sister fields or the Corner Coffee House. Best shopping area also. I can’t wait to go back and stay there. If your looking for somewhere nice and quiet then this is for you, it feels like you are the only one staying there!
